In the case of penile implants, the implants are embedded in the scrotum. The fluid is pumped from the holding chamber into the hallow cylinders placed within the two chambers inside the penis. The patient can control the inflation and deflation of the hallow cylinders as he desires. In many cases there is no option but to go for surgery. However surgery is an expensive option and complications like infections may arise in the future. Hence many people do not prefer surgery.
