Why exercise your penis?

Why exercise your penis? Because just like any part of your body, if you don't consistently stretch, stimulate, or exercise your penis, it will begin to deteriorate over time as you begin to mature. Consistent jelqing, stretching, PC muscle flexes, and routine dietary supplements will keep you top notch shape and sexual potency throughout all of your life, no matter what age you are.

Basically, to see real results from this program--size increase, erection strength, and ejaculatory control--give it 4 months of daily routine exercise and you should see at the minimum a 0.5" - 1" gain in length and in girth. Some men will see much better results, but it all depends on your body structure, how healthy you are, and how much and how often you exercise.
